They think that they are the only hotel in town. Very bad behaviour by the md of the hotel, the eating to cancel the relationship just because i had booked the hotel in my name for my guest. No discussion on how we can solve it. Hotel is filled with goons. Would not recommend a family to stay there. .

I was expecting much better service but it was actually very bad. Room was not clean, bathroom was dirty, no doormats in room, late room service.

Extremely dirty and unhygienic common areas and the rooms. Zero service focus. We booked a suite which was kept in much worse condition than entry level oyos

My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing due to the following issues: The main door lock was broken, compromising safety and security. The toilet hand shower was not functioning. Despite repeated complaints, pillow covers were not changed.

Property is well equipped. Staff was very cooperative. Especially the f&b manager. However, the property itself was not clean. Inf-act downright dirty in some places. For the price they are charging, rooms should be much cleaner. Toilet too was about ok. They need to work on keeping the property clean.
